Most people prefer a hula hoop whose minimum diameter is the same as the height of their waist. From that basis, a slightly larger hoop is recommended for people who are just starting hooping, and only plan on doing only the most basic of tricks. Larger hoops are also recommended for people whose waists are significantly larger than average for their height. The maximum diameter would be the same height as your nipples. |

We will sell a hoop to anyone in the United States, but we encourage you to buy local. Because we are located in the south San Francisco bay area of California, we offer a free delivery option to locals. Once you select your hoop, just note that you plan on picking your hoop up from us directly. We will then suggest a park local to you and weekend day for pickup. |
